My 10yo Lab named Charlotte aka Charlie aka Cheeky Charlie Chew Chew (CCCC) is just about to finish her 60 days of being on Antinol.
She has mild-moderate arthritis in her back legs/hips, her weight hasn’t helped but if anyone has tips on getting a Labrador to eat less then please send them through asap! From loosing some weight (currently 34kg, she was the runt of the littler so she’s abit ‘smaller’ than her brothers and sisters) since being on Antinol I have noticed a difference more then the monthly injections she was on that the vets so call recommended! Our 11yr old whippet has had arthritic back legs for the last 3 yrs. Our vet has hum on regular Cartrophin injections, but I haven't seen much (if any) improvement.
We started giving him Antinol+ about 2mths ago, starting with the loading (double) dose for the first 2wks, but I really didn't see much difference until he'd been on it for a month or so.
Now I can see a real improvement. He's even back to jumping up on his Dad's chair every evening, which he hadn't done for 18mths.
My best advice is to give Antinol+ a good amount of time to start working.

We are just about finished with the first order and now that we have increased the dose from two per day to 3 per day we are starting to see a difference in her mobility. She is a big dog- great Dane wolfhound cross. She has had both cruciate ligaments repaired on her hind legs, so obviously she is now getting some pretty painful arthritis. I’m about to order some more this evening and I’m very happy with what it’s doing. As a bonus her coat looks beautiful and she has gone a bit curly around her neck. 😀
