Saved from death row in a rural pound Pippa was very nervous about the world around her. We met and she came home that day where she crawled into my lap on the couch and hasn't left since. We have had ups and downs with her reactivity but have worked hard to overcome her fear and anxiety and dog sports has helped her confidence in the world. Through agility we learnt to become a partnership. Last year she was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, had part of her jaw removed and underwent 6 rounds of chemotherapy. It didn't stop her doing what she loved and continued having fun competing at the 2024 Agility Nationals and State Titles as well as lure coursing and just having fun! |
