Winnie was my first ever dog, following my childhood dogs. She was only ever supposed to be a pet dog, but quickly that all changed. After we completed puppy school and a few obedience classes, I began researching online. I decided to try scent work and hoopers and from there I became hooked on the sports dog world! I never intended to compete with Winnie, but with the support of fellow dog sports people I decided to give it a go! Winnie now competes/trains in multiple disciplines including; scent work, tricks, lure coursing, SprintDog, hoopers, bale hunt, tracking, obedience, and conformation. Winnie may not look like the typical sports dog but she sure does give it her all! I’m excited to see how our sports journey grows and evolves and knowing Winnie has been protected by Antinol since she was a puppy keeps me confident she’ll remain strong and healthy.
